Payment Terms and Policies

Consultation Fees

Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your consultation appointment. Fees vary based on:

Refund Policy

Refunds may be available in the following circumstances:

• Cancellation with at least 24 hours advance notice

Refunds are not available if you do not qualify for a medical marijuana recommendation based on the provider's medical assessment.

Late Cancellation Policy

Consequences of Violations

Violations of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of any paid fees, without refund.

Technology Requirements

For Telephone Consultations

You are responsible for ensuring you have:

• Reliable phone service
• Working telephone with clear audio
• Quiet, private space for the consultation
• Ability to receive and make phone calls
• Valid Michigan driver's license or state ID for identity verification

Technical Support

We provide basic technical support for accessing our platform. However, we are not responsible for issues related to your internet service, device compatibility, or other technical problems beyond our control.
